convenient location near metro, affordability, unique Baroque music breakfast experience

An overwhelming odor wafted through the halls!!! Housekeeping inconsistencies and unanswered concerns about unclean rooms were disappointing!!! Garbage left unattended marred the experience!!!

What a really good stay, no reason to complain. Lots of options for breakfast, savoury milk and toast. Decent location, an easy walk to everywhere. Very easy to get from Sofia airport, just 15 km

Centrally located close to a subway station. Particularly good area. Great breakfast with traditional foods and sweets, as for instance, top location.

It was just a fitting option for a break on a long journey in Sofia with fantastic value. My room had an excellent water pressure in the shower, making for an enjoyable experience after a long day. Make sure to check in early for breakfast as everything was well presented and fresh.

Clean and comfortable room, nice view (4th floor, could see the mountains), good breakfast (if you get there in time), kind and helpfull people at reception, good location (beeing not so big you can easilly walk to the center).

Noisy cleaning ladies, far from the train station or airport (need to take taxi, drivers don't know english and tend to rob), no parking (if you go with car), poor English for personnel (except reception), kind of expensive (prices in euro),

the rooms were clean and tidy reception staff were friendly and helpful the location was only a 5 minute walk from central park and another 5 minutes to the shops and bars

some people who came with and got a room near the main road which they said was very noisey my advise is to ask for a room at the back of the hotel which is where i was and it was fine

We stayed two nights in a Family Suite that easily accommodated us. The room was spacious, bright, and had a cozy corner perfect. The breakfast was the highlight, with a good mix of options that suited everyone in our group. The staff were always available and responsive to our needs.

The parking space was limited and required advance reservation.

Check-in was frustrating due to long wait times and documentation requests, especially after a tiring journey. The comfort and cleanliness of the room were excellent, equipped with a cozy bed and a well-stocked mini bar. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including lovely Welsh pastries. The hotel's location allowed easy access to the city centre.

The hotel was on a great location,excelent for the moneyg,there was plenty food for breakfast.walking distance to the biggest mall and center.So I would deffinetly stay there again.
