convenient location near metro, affordability, unique Baroque music breakfast experience

An overwhelming odor wafted through the halls!!! Housekeeping inconsistencies and unanswered concerns about unclean rooms were disappointing!!! Garbage left unattended marred the experience!!! An elevator system prone to malfunctions needs urgent improvement!!!

It was just a fitting option for a break on a long journey in Sofia with fantastic value. My room had an excellent water pressure in the shower, making for an enjoyable experience after a long day. Make sure to check in early for breakfast as everything was well presented and fresh.

We stayed two nights in a Family Suite that easily accommodated us. The room was spacious, bright, and had a cozy corner perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was the highlight, offering a delightful mix of options that suited everyone in our group. the staff were always available and responsive to our needs.

the breakfast had an excellent selection of both hot and cold options 🍳 with delicious cakes to start the day. the staff were very friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any requests. the location is perfect, just steps away from the metro station and banks.

The location made it easy for me to explore historical sites. I enjoyed walking to nearby parks, which were a nice break from the urban environment. During breakfast, I focused on finding something I liked, and the coffee machine served a good cappuccino.

The proximity to the European Union metro station is a standout feature, just a 5-minute walk away, making travel around the city a breeze. The breakfast spread, albeit simple, included a good array of cheeses, meats, and pastries that made for a decent start to the day.

The persistent odor throughout the hotel, stemming from plumbing issues and dampness, was hard to ignore and certainly detracted from the experience. the comfort double room I occupied was not well-maintained. I also had to deal with an excruciatingly long wait for hot water in the shower, making it quite unpleasant. Finally, noise insulation seems to be an afterthought, as I awoke several times from disturbances in neighboring rooms—definitely not ideal for a good night's sleep.

My family enjoyed a splendid stay at the Best Western Plus in Sofia. The newly renovated Junior Suite offered spacious comfort, accommodating four easily. We appreciated the excellent breakfast choices and the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. a charming experience despite minor elevator wait times.
